Our Responsibilities as your Wedding/Events Planner (not all-inclusive)

•    Planning the event according to your requests
•    Getting locations and venues
•    Obtaining honeymoon suite and lodging for guests
•    Making sure you have contracts delivered to you
•    Negotiating prices for hotel banquet rooms and guest rooms
•    Getting a caterer according to the type of menu you select
•    Getting entertainment/DJ or band
•    Ordering floral arrangements
•    Getting programs and invitations printed
•    Getting a vendor to mail out invitations (upon request)
•    Getting a calligrapher (upon request)
•    Getting transportation/limousine services
•    Getting bridal accessories and advertising products
•    Getting spa, salons and nail services
•    Getting pre-marriage counseling services (upon request)
•    Getting a videographer and/or a photographer
•    Getting travel and honeymoon vacation packages
•    Getting wedding attire for bridal party (upon request)
•    Getting wedding cake
•    Getting rental items
•    Being there the day of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly
•    Assisting in getting special needs for your guests, i.e. accessibility accommodations
•    Assisting you in keeping on track within your budget
•    Saving you Time, Money and Stress
