Some last minute inconveniences that may occur are finding another vendor for a vendor that might have to cancel, a venue that may have had a catastrophe or closing, a member of the wedding party that may have to cancel, non-functioning equipment, finding a babysitter, a dog groomer, locating a hair stylist or make-up artist, finding a spa, ceremony program changes or errors, etc.  It is the job of the wedding and event planner to assist the client in solving these problems and relieving the stress from the client.
