We have over 25 years’ events planning experience in Lynchburg, VA, Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC. We work with you from the beginning to end to plan, organize, and coordinate all the many details to make your event successful and seamless. We plan the event according to your requests and assist you in keeping within your budget. We offer value-added services because we save you time, money, and stress. We have a talented staff of seven people. Some of our skills, to name a few, are an experienced Professional Bridal Consultant, Certified Sandals Specialist, Hotel and Tourism Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Service Representatives. Our strengths are communication, creativity, resourcefulness, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds. The owner, Connie Amos-Parsons, has planned and coordinated class reunions, family reunions, weddings, shopping trips, parties, tours to New York City, Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Las Vegas, and corporate events, including meetings, conferences, luncheons and office picnics. She has planned group and individual vacation packages throughout the U.S. including Hawaii, and to countries including Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Spain, London, and Paris.

Connie holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master’s Certificate in the Division of Business and Management, Leadership Development Program for Minority Managers, from Johns Hopkins University. Connie is a mother and family-oriented individual and volunteers in her community.

At Your Service Events Planner is a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and the owner, Connie Amos-Parsons, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Sandals Specialist.

The prestigious Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) is the only organization dedicated exclusively to serving wedding professionals and brides worldwide since 1955. All ABC members agree to uphold the ABC Code of Ethics and Standards of Membership.
